1. BASIC TERMS
  • Website — the personal website (specify website ownership), located on the Internet at the address: 7-teq.com.
  • Website Administration — Online store SEVENTEQ CORPORATIONS LIMITED
  • User — an individual or legal entity that submits their personal information via the Contact Form on the Website for the purpose of transmitting data to the Website Administration.
  • Contact Form — a dedicated form through which the User provides personal information for transmission to the Website Administration.
2. GENERAL PROVISIONS
  • 2.1. This Privacy Policy is the official standard document of the Website Administration and defines the procedure for processing and protecting information about individuals and legal entities using the Contact Form on the Website.
  • 2.2. The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to ensure proper protection of User information, including personal data, from unauthorized access and disclosure.
  • 2.3. Relations concerning the collection, storage, dissemination, and protection of User information are governed by this Privacy Policy and the applicable legislation of the Russian Federation.

3. CONDITIONS AND PURPOSES OF COLLECTING AND PROCESSING USER PERSONAL DATA

The Website Administration processes information about the User, including personal data such as first name, last name, patronymic, email, phone number, Skype ID, and other optional details voluntarily provided by the User (e.g., organization, city, position, etc.), for the purpose of fulfilling obligations to the Website User.

9. USER INQUIRIES
  • 9.1. The User may submit requests to the Website Administration, including those concerning the use or deletion of their personal data as outlined in Clause 3 of this Privacy Policy, in writing to the address specified in Clause 1.
  • 9.2. The User’s request must include the following information:
  • For an individual:
  • — identification document number verifying the identity of the User or their representative;
  • — date of issuance and issuing authority of the aforementioned document;
  • — date of registration via the Contact Form;
  • — request text in free form;
  • — signature of the User or their representative.
  • For a legal entity:
  • — request in free form on official letterhead;
  • — date of registration via the Contact Form;
  • — the request must be signed by an authorized representative, accompanied by documents confirming their authority.
  • 9.3. The Website Administration undertakes to review and respond to the User’s request within 30 days of receipt.
  • 9.4. All correspondence received by the Website Administration from the User (written or electronic inquiries) is considered confidential and shall not be disclosed without the User’s written consent. Personal data and other information about the User submitting the request may not be used for any purpose other than responding to the subject of the request or as expressly permitted by law.
