Look, we don't have a big finished-goods warehouse in HK and we aren't apologizing for it. Warehousing is just stagnation. We ship direct.

• FCA or CIP: If you’ve got your own freight guys, cool. If not, we handle the air freight and the "All Risk" insurance. We want your capital insulated.
• DAP:This is the "concierge" vibe for retail chains. We get it to your door so you can actually focus on selling.
• The ZIP Hub: This is the exception. We keep a technical spot on the 7th floor of MW Tower for spare parts—screens, batteries, flex cables. It's there so your after-sales support doesn't hit a bottleneck . . . because that's usually where things fall apart.

Shipping a Samsung fridge is a total nightmare compared to an iPhone. You can't just throw a washing machine on a plane without killing your margin. For the heavy stuff, we load containers directly in China. No double-handling fees in HK. We use DPU protocols to get those bulky appliances to your center at the lowest cost possible. It’s just math.
